I have found Huyen Bui to be an excellent housing agent. Right from my first email to her almost 4 years ago (before I had even moved to Hanoi), Huyen was extremely responsive and professional. Huyen helped me find a beautiful apartment that I was very happy with. She answered all my questions, sorted everything out in my apartment, and even went above and beyond her role as a housing agent and helped me find a place to buy a bicycle a few days after I moved to Hanoi!When I decided to move to another apartment with VietLong Housing, she was once again very helpful and found me my new place, which is perfect. I strongly recommend Huyen as a housing agent without any hesitation. She is very knowledgeable and also extremely kind. I have very much enjoyed working with her and with VietLong housing.
