Jobs Description<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Make appointments with real estate owners<\/p>\n

– Site inspections of potential properties<\/p>\n

– Handle rental enquiries<\/p>\n

– Arrange and accompany property visiting tours with Tenants<\/p>\n

– Prepare rental contract and related paperwork<\/p>\n

– Prepare for moving in<\/p>\n

– Keep close contacts with the Tenants and Landlords during Tenancy,<\/p>\n

– Supports Tenants and Landlords for moving out at the end of the contracts.<\/p>\n

Jobs Requirement<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Fluent English or Japanese Skills<\/p>\n

– Good at Social communication skills<\/p>\n

– Always work with passion, positively and persistently<\/p>\n

– Smart looking, always smiling<\/p>\n

– Be able to travel with motorbikes<\/p>\n
