I’ve been living here for 16 years, moving between Saigon and Hanoi every 2-3 years depending on my husband’s job, and I can confidently say she stands out. She’s kind-hearted, incredibly hospitable, and goes above and beyond to assist you—even after the contract is signed, she continues to offer help whenever she can. Huyền is the most amazing person. She helped my wife and I find our dream apartment. She is so friendly, professional and honest. We felt immediately comfortable with her and were not going to choose any other agent to find us our new home. It is difficult when you are in a new country and have all the administration to navigate with regards to property rental. Huyen is so helpful and great at finding unique houses. Huyen understands the language barrier for foreigners and will act as a translators for you with your landlord in a prompt manner. She goes above and beyond when helping, she even once helped me with paying my bills by showing me how to use the service. When ever you need any documentation she makes it happen within the day!
